INDEMNIFICATION

APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement and any transaction entered into through the Site shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec . Regardless of where you access this Site, you agree that any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any transaction entered into through the Site shall be filed and adjudicated in the courts of Quebec (Judicial District of Montreal), and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of the Agreement.
TERMINATION
Le Bouquet St-Laurent reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Site if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Notwithstanding termination, this Agreement shall continue still apply.
